Member Support Help Desk (Submit a Support Ticket) While logged in under your username and in your Member Area click on Support (left side member menu) to submit or check the status of a support ticket. Please note that personal support ticket responses may take anywhere from a few minutes, to a few hours (typical), to 72Hrs depending upon workload. It may take longer on non-business days such as weekends and holidays.
